With 15 years of real estate investment experience in Colorado and Texas, my husband and I are deeply immersed in the market. We manage short-term rentals, flip properties, and own numerous long-term rental units. Having owned multiple primary residences in Colorado and a multitude of investment properties statewide, our expertise runs deep. Having relocated from Denver to Chaffee County, I consider myself incredibly fortunate to call this place home. The decision to choose Salida as our community, after years of dreaming, was a deeply thoughtful one for raising our six children.
